I can't wait to hear about you, but first, a little about me.

I completed my training as a Speech Language Therapist at the University of Canterbury, graduating at the end of 2015. My professional career begun at the Ministry of Education in South Auckland where I worked for a year before following my heart back to the South (Island). I then worked in the private sector covering both Whakatipu and Southland (where I am from). At the end of 2021, I became a mother and the following year saw me stepping back from my SLT practice to focus on a new chapter, motherhood. However, my passion for SLT remained and it was here that TLC was born! A way for me to be able to do what I love and still spend the time I need with those I love.

I love working with young people and their families and am a passionate advocator for their rights including communication access and inclusion. Across my career I have worked with a diverse caseload. I have a particular interest in complex needs, social communication and behaviour. I thrive working in a dynamic multidisciplinary team and am always learning from both my colleagues and my clients.
